Staircase Manufacture
All stairways are produced in our factory and are subject to strict quality controls throughout all operations. From the smallest domestic to the largest commercial, all stairs are produced to the same exacting standards.
Staircase Installation
We offer a fixing service throughout the UK for all our products, which includes site surveys and a visit by one of our installation staff prior to work commencing on site. Our trained fitters ensure that staircase installation is carried out efficiently to the highest standards.
Metal Internal spiral stairs
Staircases for internal applications are normally supplied in smooth steel plate either as a finished item or to receive carpet or floor finishes by others. Steelwork is supplied in primer finish for site painting after installation, galvanised or powder coated to any standard colour.
Metal External staircases
Steel is the most popular metal for spiral staircase construction, offering strength, versatility and economy. We offer a wide range of designs and finishes to suit all applications.
It is essential that all outdoor spiral stairs have a non-slip surface to ensure safety for users. Our standard finish is powder coated then lined with anti slip matting, which is both attractive and durable. Alternatively, treads can be supplied with a non-slip perforated surface.
We normally supply outdoor spiral staircases in durbar chequerplate which gives an excellent non-slip surface. Treads are also offered in open mesh material. All external staircases are supplied in a hot dip galvanised finish to give long term corrosion protection. Balustrades and treads for outdoors can also be supplied with a powder coated finish.
